Band Bill FAQ's

This statement is for your West Fork Band student’s personally owned accessory purchases for this school year.

We consider marching band tee shirts, marching band gloves, incidental minor instrument repair, band method books, uniform cleaning, and various accessories such as reeds or other supplies to be personally owned equipment that are necessary items for being a member of any public school band program.

Most of our high school students have received band bills.  However, new members to our program probably have not.  Some will remember when we had our beginning band meeting in August that band books and various incidentals would be billed at a later date.

    • You may mail a check to the address on the statement…
    • You may send a check via your student to the band office…
    • You may send cash (not recommended or secure) to the band office…
    • You may pay online…

Pay Band Bill

Band bill payments are deposited into the WFHS Band Activity Fund.  Our vendors who supply the various accessories have been already been paid.  We are depending on your reimbursement to return our activity fund to a positive balance.

Please pay as soon as you can.  We all have bills to pay, but this one is not critical to your survival.  If you can’t pay it this month, pay it next month.

The band office will send monthly statements as friendly reminders until the end of the school year.  After this any unpaid accounts will be forwarded to your student’s school office and the secretary can receive your money and deposit it accordingly.
